Verdejo et Sauvignon Blanc
Selected Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes produced in the Caserío de Dueñas estate, owned by the winery. The harvest is carried out when the temperatures are at their lowest, that is to say, at night when the grapes are at their optimum moment of ripeness. Gentle pressing. Low temperature fermentation. The wine was left in tank on its fine lees for 2 months before bottling.
Clean and bright, pale yellow with delicate green highlights. It is very intense and fine on the nose, clean, direct, with a fresh, fruity character. Green notes of boxwood are blended with citrus aromas of lime, and mineral notes, such as phosphorus. On the palate it is flavourful and refreshing, showing a touch of salinity blended with aromas of grapefruit, fennel and other aromatic herbs. Easy to drink, with an elegant and pleasant finish.
As an aperitif or to accompany a main meal. Perfect with fish and seafood, white meats, pasta and fresh salads.
